hi,
i am trying to setup a german/english page. The main language is german. I did setup the page with two differnt site accesses. Now I want allow users to upload pictures from the different site accesses and following (bug) occurs:

german site access(main language) - no problems at all

english site access- the created object has only a english version (the german version is empty) any try to edit the object after publishing destroys the image (only the title is left)

Any idea how to handle this problem? Can I "force" the object to be german ;-) from both site accesses?
Thanx Marc

I can confirm the exact same behaviour. I can access the object in the admin interface, but :
- on the preview screen, the default locale is displayed
- on the edit screen, the only existing locale on the left is the default one, not the one content was added as
- on the manage translations screen, only the locale used on the originating siteaccess is present
- when you try to add any language, data is posted but the language does not get added, the page is just reloaded

But as far as I can see in this bug:

This is a known fact, and support for such operations is planned in a later release...
