Link from place in article to another place in same article

Esp. for us new to EZ :) My question today is: I want to have a link in an article that goes to another section in the same article. How to do this in EZ? Also i want to link from an article to another article but to a specific paragraph in that article. How to do this? Thanks alot :) Cheers Ole
