Images access problems

Hello,

(I used a plain site with ez 3.10) I have given permissions 755 to Var, Settings, Design , and of course it includes the "images directory" inside Design as well, my site's main page shows a flash movie but images do not display at all.

The site is located at www.uplgroup.com

If you access the flash movie at:

http://www.uplgroup.com/design/plain_site/images/esp/versionreducida4.swf

with your browser it will display without problems, but when accessing a .jpg image (used at the main page) like:

http://www.uplgroup.com/design/plain_site/images/esp/homeesp/homeesp_r1_c1.jpg

it gives me the following errors :

You don't have permission to access /design/plain_site/images/esp/homeesp/homeesp_r1_c1.jpg on this server. 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This .jpg image is located at:

http://www.uplgroup.com/design/plain_site/images/esp/homeesp/

, this URL displays all images inside this directory as you can see.

So the issue here is that both the site and the administration page don’t display images at all. As far as I can tell all permissions are set as they should be (I haven’t done anything unusual, I have hosted many sites and this is the first time I run with something similar).

How about linux? I just what to give some kind of guide to the siteground support service?
