Image variations

I need to display one picture in different sizes, so I assume that image variations are for this. However I can not see where to upload different variations - this could be somehow related to the problem that 3.2.3 do not upload images at all - but maybe not. Regards and thanks

Here, this means, that you upload one image ("original") and ezPublish creates variations, which usually are smaller than the original image by using ImageMagick or GD scaling routines. The variations are saved to the server harddisc, but you don't have to upload them. Just upload your original image. You say, you cannot upload images at all....
