I cant upload videofile

I got message: "The draft could not be stored.The size of the uploaded file exceeds the limit set by upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini. Please contact the site administrator." I checked my php.ini -file and it is OK. "upload_max_filesize" was 20M. ? ? ? Please help me…
