Hi,

I've configured a workflow in order to moderate the article's coments.
All work fine but once comments ares approuved or rejected I can see them in the "Inbox" frame.
This a screenshot of this frame:

But I realy don't understand how to remove these items from this frame ? Why are they here and how can I handle them ? I have a site with hundreds items in this Inbox frame without knowing what to do with.

Currently, the only thing I can do is to clic on the link (e.g: Test 3 a été approuvé pour publication) that displays this:

Hi,

A search in all the site gave me this post:

http://ez.no/developer/forum/setup_design/how_can_i_delete_the_the_approved_items_from_collaboration_inbox_/re_how_can_i_delete_the_the_approved_items_fro__3

or this one:

http://ez.no/developer/forum/setup_design/delete_collaboration_items

Is there someone who can give us an explanation ?

Pascal

Hi Pascal,

I always get the, "Why are there items in my inbox" question. I wish there was a better way to name them by default. ie Completed requests or something.

People are so triggered on the word "inbox" that they feel they must clear it. Apart from the interesting physiological ponderings it is a right royal pain.

Dear Santa,

For Christmas please fix the Inbox and make Paperclips mean something.

Hi Tony,

Excelent.

In Pavlov I trust !

However, I'm not sure it is realy interesting to keep a track about these actions with no possibility to remove them.
In the case of website with hundreds/thousands rejected comments, what is the interest to keep in the database a track of all rejected comments with no possibility to remove them (even they are several years olds) ?

Regards

Pascal
