how to change the web site set up

Hi Team

i am new to ez cms well wheni did first install i select the web site as news now i want to change to forum or plain some thing else how to do this ?do i have to reinsatll again ?

Look in the admin interface, in the Setup section. You can use the Packages function to add other prebuilt packages into your installation (like forums) that were available options during the initial install.

Look for "Add-ons" repository.

i find in side the package empty what i want to do is i want to install forum in news kind of web site do its possible ?
