How the EZ.no newsletters are handled ?

How people from EZ.no handles their newsletter publication ? Is it sent to a target user group or is it just an article published on the site that people will read on the site ? Thanks for your help. H-Works Agency	Monday 12 December 2005 2:06:41 am Ok so the actual ez.no newsletter is handled by the 'newsletter' extension made by Gunnstein ? What disturb me in this extension is that it add a new sql table...meaning it operate outside (or at least part outside) of the ezp structure. Martin on Debian/Php4/Mysql4/EZP7.1 EZP is Great

However Gunnstein, will no longer work on this extension, since new newsletter supported by eZ systems is under dev. Check comments for more details.
