Problem 1:I want to create the two groups, (1) Identifier and (2) Non-identifier
For Person who is identifier has just log in by entering his/her name and ID and for Non-identifier person has to fill the form for subsciption.

Problem 2: Also I want to keep the facility in website that if the Identifier user want to change the content of the website he/she can change without entering in the backoffice i.e. in the admin area.
Means I want to keep the "Personal Space" in the website (i.e. in the front page) for the Identifier user, from where he/she can easily change the content and add the content too.

Please anyone can suggest me how I can do this and how I can solve these two problems.
Thanking you

Ad.1
You can create one user group and new registered users assign to this group. For your content you will have set right read permissions for this user group.

Default user templates are located in
design/standard/templates/user
