My preferred browser is Opera, booth because I really like it and because Opera has got a reputation for following the W3C recommendations.
I was somewhat surprised to see that http://ez.no/developer/reference_list/misc
isn't display properly with Opera 7.21, on
Mandrake 9.1, Qt library 3.1.1, KDE 3.1.0.
The problem I refer to is at the bottom of the page, where the link
Next >> sits on top of an image. Anybody that can tell me what is causing this? It displays as it should booth in Konqueror and Mozilla 1.3.1 (Linux). I am not a web-designer by profession, just an engineer that needs to design and maintain a few relatively simple sites, in a Linux environment. Having fiddled a bit with eZ I am starting to believe I could probably learn how to use it, in a relatively short time. However, before I make a decision I want to make sure the sites I design follow the W3C recommendations and that they are viewable also by older browsers. Anybody that could enlighten me a bit on this subject, or alternatively refer me to such information? Thanks in advance.
