Disable index.php? in URL

Helo, i try tu disable index.php? i di like writen here http://ez.no/developer/articles/how_to_configure_an_ez_publish_site/url_modifications and add two line in
[SiteAccessSettings]
ForceVirtualHost=true
RemoveSiteAccessIfDefaultAccess=enabled
afrter di whis i cant go to admin interface or to annoher page all links changes in and now disapir index.php? and eng but site dont work ?

Thanks, now everything is ok, i change some code in .htaccess file and now OK.
