Database design obstacles

Hello,

I'm quite new to eZ publish, but I would like to implement our solution on this software.
I really like this content-class idea (LDAP Directory concept), but some things bothers me.

A few weeks ago I designed database structure for our site: not very complex for today (about 30 entities), but in the next few months I guess it will come to about 100-120 entities.

Now, if I want to use eZ facilities, I will have to redesign each entity as a content-class, even helper tables for many-to-many relationships.

What problems or obstacles are common for design method using contnet-class ? I can't figure it out without implementing the first part of projects. Have you got any experience in such things ?

Best regards,
Michal
