Create a template override in a different folder

Yeah, that's no problem.

But be aware that you have to specify the subdir in the MatchFile paramater of override.ini.append, and not the subdir:

[override_name]
Source=node/view/full.tpl
Matchfile=full/yourtemplate.tpl
Subdir=templates
