Create a separate webpage

I would like a page of "thanks" which permit you to return to the home page thanks to a link. And I wonder how to create this page with ezpublish without have to link it to the home page or any other subpages. I use ezpublish 4.4.0 and I have access to the user and administrator interface. Here is an article on information collector forms: http://share.ez.no/learn/ez-publish/how-to-create-ez-publish-forms. Page 4 specifically talks about a thank you page. Official eZ Publish extension eZ Survey supports this too. The extension itself is included in eZ Publish distributions and also available here: https://github.com/ezsystems/ezsurvey. Hi,

There are many ways to do this; here are two ideas:
