I can't clear all cache using the following:

./bin/shell/clearcache.sh --clear-all

Removing sortkey cache files in var/cache/sortkey_
Removing class identifier cache files in var/cache/classidentifiers_
Removing class attribute identifier cache files in var/cache/classattributeidentifiers_

You can see from the output that not all the cache is cleared. The clear all cache function in the admin panel works perfect.

Have anybody experienced this?

I just did it. It worked ok.

Being new to the patch thing, I did this in /bin/shell directory

patch -p1 < clearcache.sh-patch

Otherwise, there is a clearcache where you can specify the siteaccess you want to clear.
