class link with click counter and suggestions like in 2.2.x?

Has someone done this yet or can tell me how it could be done (or point me to an article describing this)? Do I nee to make a custom class? If so, which attributes am I supposed to use to achieve the following functionality: - Headline, linked to the link-target (URL?) - description text (textfield?) - logo of the linked website (image?) - hit-tracker (int?) - meta-content grabbing (some kind of information collector?)
