Hello all,

On our web-site on Ez version 3.6.1, we will make a campagn about the Five years of Guantanamo.

So,
The user will go to our website.
1) He/She arrive on a special page, he can click to go to another web-site.
2) If the user doesn't click (This page will remain for 10 seconds), he will go to the index.php of our web-site.

My question is :
1) How I can do that with the index.php of Ez : I should only change the pagelayout or change also the template meta with a refresh specification ?

Thank you for your help.
Have a nice day.

Just override paglayout.tpl on the welcome page (the welcome node), and do what you want to do with it.

Something like this:

[welcomepage_override]
Source=pagelayout.tpl
MatchFile=pagelayout_welcome.tpl
Subdir=templates
Match[node]=2

Thank you very much André.

And last question :
I put in the "pagelayout_welcome.tpl" the meta tags going to the "index.php" directly ?

Thanks.

I'am not quite sure what you mean here, the override setting I was showing you should be placed in your override.ini file. This is the file controlling template overrides.
It's located in settings/siteaccess/'your_siteaccess_name'/override.ini, if not create it.

After you have done that you'll have to create pagelayout_welcome.tpl in your design directory, to be precise design/'your_site_design'/templates/pagelayout_welcome.tpl

A tip would be to copy the existing paglayout.tpl file your using. If this is a clean eZ Publish 3.6.1 install, that should be located in design/base/templates/paglayout.tpl

PS: By index.php I guess you mean the front page, if virtualhoste mode had been turned on index.php would not show up your url.

PS2: Some settings override files (ini files), have append.php as the end of the filename, this is strictly for security reasons. (so web surfers can't open them and read your database settings and so on)

Thank you very much for all details Andre. Now, I understand all.
Sorry, if I was not very clear in my post.
