Change starting locale in translations

I'm using the i18n operator in order to translate the template strings. Since the default language is the Italian, I need to use that language as starting language instead of eng-BG in translation strings. How can I switch to that language?

Where did u change the default language?

Have a look at site.ini [RegionalSettings]
