calendar not working

Previously, I successfully configured it at the ez.no demo site. But at my ezpublish 3.6.5 site (http://www.techforce.com.br ) it is not working. Please, see what is happening at the right toolbar of my site: it displays only "calendario" (brazilian portuguese word for calendar) and then a grey cell, without dates. What is misconfigured? Removed the template override and it at least shows the dates. But it does not show the "live" date numbers. The dates with articles, links, published. Clicking on the month name fetch all items published that month. But the days numbers are not of use. When an actual article page is selected, the calendar displays the month, year and day it was published. It is different from the demo site. I can select the day in april 2004 and it shows the items published that date. What is still missing in the configuration or template? The documentation is still not covering the calendar....
