build site in chinese: utf-8 or chi-CN

Huadong Gai	Tuesday 03 August 2004 5:23:59 pm I am building a site in both in English and Simplified Chinese. I amd confused about where I should set the charset to utf-8 and where to chi-CN. I am using release 3.4. The MySQL database was created with utf8. The site is called news. What are the correct settings (eng-GB, utf-8, or chi-CN) for news and news_admin? Could someone share their setting files with me? Thanks.
