Hi

Having runned EZ 3.5.1 for a while now I have discovered two issues which I have not been able to solve.

1: I use my own customized user group class and I am no longer able to assign roles to these user group classes (when assigning an role the custmized user groups are greyed out and not selectable)

2: I am not able to decide the sorting of the children of node 2. It seems as the admin layout for node 2 (root of site) is quite different from the other objects.

Is this me or are these issues bugs?

Cheers
Tore

Hi Tore,

Both problems depends on configuration of your eZ publish installation. Hard to say, what exacly causing this problems, too less information. I ve tested sorting and everything works fine, also I can add new roles to custom user groups.

Tore,

I just tested to create a custom user group and it works fine to assign roles to it. But it needs to be placed in the user class group, you cannot have the class under the content group.

I've got a custom user group that is not working. The class "organization" has a lot of attributes including contact information and relations.

I tried to find the problem by adding a second user group class - just like the original - which neither was working.

The problem is assigning roles, which is not possible.

By the way: copying the original user_group class does not work either.
