Attaching and sending Image into an Email

My requirement is to make a form on the public website where user can attach images or any other objects like pdfs or doc files. All the content including the attachement can be sent into an email. Is this can be achieved by creating a customised class in version 4.0.0 Thanks in advance.

I'm new here myself, can't say much except that what you want to do is probably possible, but finding out how will take some work and experimentation. I'm trying to join the dots between bits and pieces of information related to forms and form handling in custom classes myself at the moment. Anyway, on a more constructive note, the email class in eZComponents might be worth investigating.
