Michelle Moeller	Tuesday 10 May 2005 6:34:35 pm Hi everyone, Right now I feel like a real boob - I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to get into the admin interface. I'm on windows ME, I have downloaded the EZpublish 3.5.2 install bundle. Am I losing it? Am I THAT imcompetent that I can't figure out such an easy task? Thanks in advance for your help! Michelle

Then I say you should consider using an other OS. ME seems to me pretty outdated. The some php vars might be different as on NT based systems... Michelle Moeller	Wednesday 11 May 2005 5:25:07 pm I got 403 forbidden error. Apache is opened. I don't disagree with the thought that ME is a bit outdated even when it wasn't outdated it was never a great version of windows =). Being that I'm getting the 403 Forbidden Error, is there anything else I could try besides getting a newer Windows version? Thank you so much for your help!

If you still have problems your apache might not be setup the right way for some unkown reason. There was a .htaccess file - I deleted it, cleaned my history, cookies, and files and I'm getting the same error - you mentioned Apache potentially being an issue - here is the error I get when I go to http://localhost/ - Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Apache/1.3.31 Server at doser2.ez.no Port 80 You mentioned an Apache error - when I start Apache, this is what is in the window - Starting MySQL... Press Ctrl+C to stop eZ publish [Wed May 11 21:40:51 2005] [warn] (2)No such file or directory: exec() may not b e safe Apache/1.3.31 (Win32) PHP/4.3.10 running... Does this help at all? Any thoughts on how I can correct my issues? Thank you again!!! Michelle

Michelle Moeller	Thursday 12 May 2005 5:23:43 pm Hi Marko, When I go to http://localhost/index.php I get a shop webpage but it says there is an error in kernel (20) and in the body of the page it says: MODULE NOT FOUND In which file folder should my index.php be in for ezpublish to work?
