access variables from forms

So please for HELP! Verion: I'm using eZ publish 3.3. I have done the update because i hoped for a "Enhanced information collection". What i need: I try to make a simple user form: "Name" "e-Mail" etc. When the user post the form - i will see the results in a new page. The user has to confirm the entrys. So how can i access variables from forms? Many thanks for help - greetings from switzerland!

ezhttp is a template operator to extract get, post and session variables.

I'm sorry I can't give you more advice, but I've just started researhing this as well.
