Yes you can have two sites and one admin. In fact you could have far more front end sites.
The issue here is does the content need this. Having two front or more site is useful is
- The sites share content
- You have a editor that wants to manage two sites from the same admin Take a look at siteaccess.ini and surrounding documentation for advaice in this Tony
