Hello there,

We are on development mode. We have 2 instances of eZ 4.0.3, with same eZ configuration, but with 2 identical MySQL databases.

On one of instance, we cannot login on admin interface. We checked the eZ logs, error logs, apache / php config, nothing weird. Login / pass is right, as we do not get an error message.

phpinfo shows nothing weird too.

Is there something we might miss on the server? Thanks a lot!

Hello Jean-Luc,

I think you should check the permissions/ownership on the /var folder.

it shall be writeable by your webserver.

Clearing the cache using ezcache.php from the command line may be a good idea too.

Cheers

Hello, actually I already cleared the cache files and checked the owner / rights on var files...

Might be different siteaccesses are being used when accessing to the different instances?
If so, on one of the there might not be enough rights to anon user (or other users) to login - login rights assigned by default are filtered by siteaccess...
