Workflow Approvals

I have been unable to get "Approved" workflow objects to publish automatically. I assume its a cronjob problem of some sort. I manually run it with " php -C runcronjobs.php " I get the following response only.

There is a DB fix for this take a read of http://ez.no/developer/ez_publish_3/forum/setup_design/workflow
