The selected selected user has not got access to any databases. Change user or create a database for the user.

i keep geting this mesage i went throught phpmyadmin to create DB and i still get it. what am i doing wrong

You will need at (MySQL-)User, that had read/write access to the DB, that you want to use.
You could use your MySQL "Root"-User, but it safer to create a unique MySQL-User for each ezPublish Installation.
You can create MySQL-Users with phpMyAdmin as well as assign rights to them.

here is my delema i am on a hosted enviroment i can acess drop add u name it to my db via my php admin but when i run through the wizard it fails i ran the 2 sql scripts and it to create the db tables in my db manualy but i cant get past the issues i just went to 3.3.3 to see if that helped deleted everything droped tables and still no luck

i talked to the hosting provider this is what they allow for on the db
