Slow running on Windows 98SE

Iain Hallam	Friday 05 September 2003 4:32:43 am I've installed eZP3.2b2 with the provided installer, and it all seems to work, but eZ takes an age to do anything. The installation of the eight demo web sites timed out after 60 seconds, but seemed to work the second time. Are there any easy tests to see what might be wrong? None of the packages (Apache, PHP or MySQL) has been installed on the machine before. CPU is AMD Duron 850MHz, 512MB RAM. Thanks, Iain Hallam.

Iain Hallam	Wednesday 10 September 2003 4:54:31 pm Still slow, I'm afraid - it took about 13 sec for the login page [http://localhost/index.php/mysite_admin/] to appear, and then a further 30 secs to log in. The system is running nice and fast with other tasks - just eZ Publish is slow. Apache, PHP and eZ were all installed by the 3.2b2 installer provided. - Iain.
