Setting up Debug by IP using Settings in admin interface

I have tried to setup "Debug by IP" option using the admin site (Set up-->Settings)
I had enabled "Debug by IP" option and entered an IP address in the "Debug IP List" text area. After a while I wanted to disable the option but for some rezone I can no longer disable the option change the IP address or do any changes using the Settings screen. I always get an error message saying "Input did not validate – Debug IP List"
I did the test on several systems and installations (including demo.ezpublish.no) and got the same result every time. Am I missing something? Or is it a bug?
I really need some help here, I have a live system of a customer running this problem and I cant resolve it.
