I have set up ezpublish on my server. Everything went well , then this message appeared.
Warning: Failed opening 'lib/ezdb/classes/ezdb.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/ezpublish/') in /www.********.co.uk/ezpublish/lib/ezutils/classes/ezsession.php on line 75

Any ideas

Are your server running with openbasedir restrictions?
See the php.ini file and search for open_basedir and see if it's set, also check if safe_mode_include_dir is set.

php.ini does not belong to eZ publish but PHP. The location depends on where PHP is installed, try doing a:
locate php.ini
on the shell to find it.

Thanks for the reply.

I have looked at my hosts phpinfo and according to that both safe_mode_include_dir and open_basedir have no value. as you can probably tell i'm new to this and I don't know what that means. Attempting to learn php at the moment.
