Hello,

since a few days, my ez-system generate a false URL, if i upload a pic.

The System generate the URL:
...index.php/news_admin/content/edit/297/1//#content-relation-items

The correct URL is:
index.php/news_admin/content/edit/297/1/#content-relation-items

If i delete the last "/" and press enter, i get the right site: The Article with the new Pic.

How i can fix this Problem?

Greetings
Mark

Which version of eZ publish do you use?

This problem was solved some time ago, you can upgrade to one of newest version.

I've seen this problem with eZ publish before!

In my travels with eZ publish 3.4 & 3.6.x (latest available at the time) and apache2 (version 2.x.++) on several different servers and server configurations.

It took 4 hours (at least) of eZ systems support to come up with the following (below) and they passed it off as server configuration problem :P

So I wrote about it a bit too just in case someone else found themselves looking through my eyes on this `negtive feature`.

Hey,

Those are the exact same symptoms I encountered.
I bet you don't have a working back up either?
The client in my case didn't have one either :\

<smirk /> Who do you host with, what version of apache do you use?

Have you even tried to fix the one part of eZ publish which is responsible the creation of the trailing slash, as my references point out?

As lame as it really is (I know I was there), I don't think I would hold my breath on this one, you can patch it but I doubt it will go away on it's own.
