I have installed ezpublish semi-successfully before (didn't get ImageMagick to work).

I erased that installation and tried again but this time I didn't get very far. I have copied the files, created the database (btw, in the site.ini file, where am I supposed indicate the database_name?).

When I try to access the index.php file I receive:

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'ezini' in /home/m/my_domain/www/ezpublish/index.php on line 79

Any comment welcome!

(This is probably a very funny question but what the heck is a "virtual host"? Even the webcommunity finds this too obvious to provide a straight answer, lol)

Did you get some include errors above this error?

A virtual host is a way to use several sites on one host, this means that you assign hostnames to one IP and let the webserver choose a site depending on the hostname. It's also common to refer to virtual hosts when rewrite rules applies, this means that all urls are sent to one script (eg. index.php) and it's up the script to decide (ie. more secure and prettier urls), in non-virtual host mode the user can access any file on the server and must always include the index.php in the url.
