Norwegian characters missing

Frode Marton Meling	Tuesday 03 June 2003 6:10:26 am Hello. I installed version 3.1.0.1 on an windows xp machine and upgraded my existing site to this version. All data looks ok, but the site does not show the norwegian characters, so for example : "search" is in norwegian "søk" is showed as "sk". what can cause this? MartOn
