Hello,
I have just achieved migration from 3.10 to 4.0.1.
Then I saw that the image uploaded via SiteSettings link on top of pages was zoomed at max resolution. I tried to upload a new image with no success. In fact, I cannot upload any new image on my site. Below is the debug output after publishing an article where "July 2008.gif" was to be uploaded. I checked whether every PHP library was installed. I have mbstring, imagick and PEAR. Any idea ?
