Next Version/Release with Fixed bugs on PathPrefix

I have noticed a Closed Bug in path prefix functionality from http://ez.no/community/bug_reports/strange_behaviour_of_ezurl_using_pathprefix and mentioned like <b>Version: trunk 4833</b> . From which version I can get the PATH PREFIX concept with Fixed solution? Can I get it from the latest version 3.3-4 ? Or else need to wait for next release? Please provide the details.
