Seems like dbupgrade sql tries to create a bunch of tables that are already there in ezp 3.1 beta 1/2 (e.g. ezkeyword).

I've noticed the same... Otherwise upgraded ezp by patching the 3.1.0-2 to 3.1-1 diff.
