MySQL 5.x with eZ publish 3.8 and later?

(http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_8/installation/normal_installation/requirements_for_doing_a_normal_installation) It would be great if you could show that information on the download site as well, where it says "requirements". Otherwise it's easy to miss that information.... We have an eZ publish 3.8.6 installation (not UTF-8) with MySQL 5 and have not noticed any problems yet. Whan can happen if we stay in MySQL 5?
