Logo upload not working ez 3.10

I do not claim to understand many features but i do understand what i need in order to create a great looking website for our business. I have a few problems which i have searched the forum and read the documentation and still found no resolution hence my forum post. i will post each issue seperatly 1. Our company logo (12k JPG file) does not appear in the header bar after uploading via the settings section, new image file for upload! I get no error however the preview has no image thumbnail. The file name / mime type and size all has content but still no logo on the main page. It is worth mentioning the particular site this refers to is my 2nd ez publish website, the logo upload does function on my first website on the same server! http://www.touchscreenmedia.tv/ (no logo) http://www.vitlive.com (working logo) I hope to get some pointers on what to try. At the moment it looks like your mysql server may possible be down: http://www.vitlive.com/vit/index.php/ezinfo/is_alive I was thinking about your upload error, potentially you have incorrect permissions on the var directory and its subdirectories preventing the webserver from writing the uploaded file to the filesystem. Hi Dearg,
