Install: blank screen after Welcome to EZ Publish

Online and in site.ini But no answer found yet to this: getting anything but a white screen beyond the blue Welcome To EZ Publish screen. We are hosted on Windows/IIS and cannot install in the root directory, so I put this index.asp on the root: <% response.redirect("http://www.ourdomain.com/ezpub/index.php") %> This gets us back to the blue screen any time. But if we try to click beyond, the url changes to "http://www.ourdomain.com/index.php" and we get the blank screen once again. Thanks for pointers!

I looked at the promising community effort to arrive at painless IIS installs. Some users are already up there, after some very clever work. Beyond me for now! I'll go with Apache, and keep watching IIS with interest. Peter.
