hello,

1. I have installed EZ 3.4 release (selected corporate design)
2. Duplicated the pagelayout.tlp to the ...\ezpublish\design\corporate\templates to be able to modify it

Now comes the problem:

3. Just writing a simple text at the top of the duplicated pagelayout.tpl ("I am at pagelayout") used as a marking label
4. Clearing caches (all)
5. Refreshing the corporate site (browser)

And the design changes, color, CSS, and I mean everything

I have tried several instalations and it keeps changing once you modify the template layout... (a minor change)

If someone could give it a try...maybe I should get some sleep!

Hello again,

If I duplicate the pagelayout from standard/templates/pagelayout.tlp
and move the duplicated file to gallery/templates/pagelayout.tpl

It will not get the right CSS or design references.

What am I doing wrong?

The source code for the page seems to get the wrong links to all the CSS that define the previous design... and also all the menues, etc.

The references to the CSS are made at:

/design/base/stylesheets/core.css
/stylesheets/admin.css
/design/standard/stylesheets/debug.css

note that duplicating the pagelayout is the first thing I do after the instalation...

please help...

thanks!

Found the error (my error)

I was duplicating the pagelayout from standard design

It should be from base design....
