EZ is deleting å, ä ö (scandinavian characters) in my articles but works in article header..

See if this is the same problem I had:

http://www.ez.no/developer/ez_publish_3/forum/install_configuration/norwegian_characters_missing

It worked for me. Just remember to clear the cache before testing.
