Extention lucene : non-existent class: lucene

Hello,

I have install the contrib Lucene (Java) search plugin
The indexing proceeds well done

But when I try a search on my site, I have this error :

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: lucene in /var/www/sites/marche/ezpublish/kernel/classes/ezsearch.php on line 104
Fatal error: eZ publish did not finish its request

I have ez 3.9

No I don 't do it

Because My version is 3.9 and the patches are for 3.7, 3.7.8 and 3.8.3

Can I patches with one of these ?
