Error: when trying to creat a text link

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? I'm running ezpublish 4.0.1 Thanks in advance :) Asking stupid questions so you don't have to!
