Okay I installed the news site but when I login as admin with the publish password I get the error described in the topic. I'm pretty sure it's because the setup wizard did not create my folders in settings/siteaccess correctly.
I've been reading through posts and found this:

Hi, Don't forget there is four places to check in order:
settings/siteaccess/your_user_site/site.ini.append
settings/siteaccess/your_admin_site/site.ini.append
settings/override/site.ini.append
settings/site.ini
----------------------------- Now, where it says your_user_site, what should go there? The only folder I have under settings/siteaccess is called "admin". Should I create the folders I need? What files should go in them? Please help?
