error Installing ezpublish

MAA MED	Saturday 08 December 2007 2:35:55 pm Hi, I v tried to install Ezpublish but at the sept of selectin and dowloding packages I have this errors Error Uploaded file is not an eZ publish package Remote repository URL: http://packages.ez.no/ezpublish/3.9/3.9.4 before installtion Iv desactivate SELinux Installin manully the packages is not very clear. so I download all the packages in my server in order to browse the package form http://localhost/pack the i create all the /settings/override/package.ini.append.php with the flowing lines [RepositorySettings] RemotePackagesIndexURL=http://localhost/pack but I v got the same error with this localtion in error logs I have this errors invalid checksum for file "S�G�= �[�-�%C�e'�e_�d+[i&#655 : 57730 calculated, 0 expected [ Dec 06 2007 23:37:49 ] [127.0.0.1] : Failed extracting package definition file from var/cache/packages/import/ezwebin_site can anyone Help thanks

It does not work with PHP5. Next download packages from: http://ez.no/download/ez_publish/ez_publish_3_stable_releases/3_9/packages/3_9_4 Remove old packages in your eZ Publish var dir var\storage\packages\eZ-Systems\ Start setup wizard and upload as first package ezwebin_site.ezpkg then upload rest. Hi,

Try following:

First of all make sure that your system requirements fits for eZ Publish. 3.9.4 works with PHP 4.4 and higher from 4 series. It does not work with PHP5.

Next download packages from:

http://ez.no/download/ez_publish/ez_publish_3_stable_releases/3_9/packages/3_9_4

Remove old packages in your eZ Publish var dir var\storage\packages\eZ-Systems\

Start setup wizard and upload as first package ezwebin_site.ezpkg then upload rest.
