The result can only used as a backend input form. I understood the manual in the right way, that the result should be a frontend feedback form, which is sent by email to the email_receiver (site default or form depending - based on the way, it was configured)? Finally, check access rights on your files and turn on debugging in site.ini[.append]: [DebugSettings] DebugOutput=enabled Good luck

Probably got that already?!
