Can someone tell me how workflow comments are handled? I have a two-step approval workflow, and it seems that comments are stored at the step level and are not displayed in subsequent steps. What I'd like is for the workflow comments to carry through as follows:
Author: "Here is the new procedure. I changed section XYZ."
Reviewer: "Looks good to me!" Publisher: "I approve!" Right now, the Publisher in this example never sees the Author's comments. Is there a way for the comments to carry through? 07-27-2004 :: Anyone out there? Seems like this is an easy question.
