Changing language and keeping the selected one "active"

Q: Shoud I use this method for a multi-language site or shoud I stuck with the other method already disccused in the forum Q: If I use the traslation method described in this ez article, How do I switch to different languages, and how do I keep my visitors viewing the files of the selected languages Do I have to add to each URL /language/eng-US at the end, If so How to keep adding the "/language/eng-US" to each URL until the visitor changes language and thus change to another "/language/XXXX" thanks Diseño Web Cuba Web Design Cuba www.elfosdesign.com

Where en, fr, de are siteaccess names.
