I have read: http://ez.no / documentation / ez publish / technical manual / 3.6 / concepts and basics / content management / multiple languages

And as I am the one to traslate the information on the site I will use this method of making a multi-language site.

Q: Shoud I use this method for a multi-language site or shoud I stuck with the other method already disccused in the forum

Q: If I use the traslation method described in this ez article,

How do I switch to different languages, and how do I keep my visitors viewing the files of the selected languages

Do I have to add to each URL /language/eng-US at the end, If so How to keep adding the "/language/eng-US" to each URL until the visitor changes language and thus change to another "/language/XXXX"

thanks

Hi Jorde,

Documentation pages describes how eZ publish handle multiple languages. Tutorial how to setup multilingual site is available here.

http://ez.no/products/ez_publish_cms/documentation/configuration/configuration/language_and_charset/how_to_setup_a_multilingual_site

Look also ontip with images here:

You can switch to different language using siteaccess method per url or per host

www.exmple.com/en or wwww.en.exemple.com (host)

www.exmple.com/fr or wwww.fr.exemple.com (host)

www.exmple.com/de or wwww.de.exemple.com (host)

Where en, fr, de are siteaccess names.

Content translation you will do in administration interface, in edit mode you can choose which language you want to translate or edit (block on the left side).
