I have run the bundle instalation on Linux(Ubuntu)
When i tru to access the wizard, i get "Page can not be displayed"
I have tryed the IP, localhost and 120.0.0.1 with port 8085.

I have two nettwork cards in the computer one ethernet and one wlan, it is te wlan card that is in use. I have tryed the installation on both of them.

From the installation log, I se that it cant find any /var/webdav/ (I doent have that direcorty)

I have found that apache wont start becouse of a missing libgdbm.so.2.

How do i troubleshoot and fix this?

Hello Thor,

EZ needs an up and running Apache to work at all. Apache on the other hand has nothing to with EZ so you first have to solve the Apache problem separately. I am not sure whether there are any Apache experts here, most likely you will be better off in a forum that is specialised on Apache problems.
Rgearding the installation problem itself - I am not sure what you mean by trying the installation of EZ on both network cards. The hardware of your computer does not matter for EZ (as long as you have enough RAM, disk space and a sufficient processor). Generally you just copy the unzipped EZ files into the document root (or into a directory within the root) of your webserver and then call up the index page using your webbrowser.

So if you still have problems installing EZ once your Apache is working please tell us exactly what you are doing and when the error occurs. Also please tell us the version of EZ, Apache, PHP and MySQL that you use.

Greetings from Luxembourg

Claudia
